When automated PRs pile up like this, security becomes harder to guarantee. Review gets noisy and it only takes one missed change to introduce serious auth or access control issues.

Seems like they keep on making mistakes and trying to persuade people with resets. Lower your prices even with subagents running people should not hit their limits so fast

We've reset 5-hour and weekly rate limits for all users on Pro and Max plans.
We fixed an issue that caused some Claude Code sessions to spawn excessive parallel subagents, burning through usage faster than expected.
