Today marks 5 years since I started my journey with @newscentermaine! I’ve met so many amazing people that have let me share their stories, and made some lifelong friends. But most notably, I’ve grown a beard. No place I’d rather be, and so proud to work in local news

People are stopping by Schemengees Bar and Grille to pay their respects to the 8 victims whose lives were taken too soon. “Never in a million years would we imagine anything like this would ever happen here. It’s always been a place of fun, competition and laughing and joking.”

Police told us this area around the boat launch is very much an active zone. Game Wardens searching the river by boat, by helicopter. Local police continue to track down leads over town. We were told “every resource” is being used during this manhunt.
Service is spotty so it’s tough to post updates. We’re now at the boat launch in Lisbon where police say they found Robert Card’s car earlier this week. It’s been active here all day
