Hello @British_Airways . Having a few issues using a couple of vouchers given to my wife and I following a complaint with yourselves. Phoned up yesterday but had no joy with the agent we spoke to. Could you advise of another way to get in touch to get this resolved please?

Hi @tacobelluk First visit to your restaurant over the weekend so tried a range of stuff. Enjoyed the food, but was a bit miffed at being charged £1.98 for the privilege of having sauces taken off the burritos we had and served on the side. Wondered why this policy was in place?
