Hey @AmericanAir, want you to know ur service is of the worst in all the different airlines i have used. U have a bag tracker that shows where my bag is but u cant tell me when I will get it??!
On top of that my original flight was delayed due to weight? wTF? 1/2

2/2 this delay caused us to miss connecting flights which cost me a hotel room lost day of vaca. Then ur customer service rep hung up on me when I questioned why it takes 3 days to get my bag???
Ive had more issues with @AmericanAir by far than any other airline.
