I won’t name names they are just too many 😊 I just want to say a big thank you and I love you to everyone that helped and supported you know who you are. Proud to be part of this industry and with those who are in it. Thank you. And I miss you dad 4/4
Everyone either tried to prepare a Turkey, hamper, bread, mince pie palmiers and cakes. The house was full of love and food. I know sometimes the industry is tough and that but I personally have never felt such support 3/4
The reason I tweet this is I want to say thank you to the chefs and hospitality community for the support and outreach to my me and my family. From texts and calls from current colleagues to past, front of house to chefs and everyone in between. 2/4
I never really tweet personal things here, but these past few weeks have been the hardest of my life. My dad died suddenly a week before Christmas, he was my best friend and to be honest one of the loves of my life. I don’t say this for like or anything. 🧵 1/4
Good luck to everyone ahead of this year’s @MichelinGuideUK reveal later today!
