• TS/SCI security clearance
• Former U.S. Naval Officer — Navy and Marine Corps
• Professor Emeritus of Neurology, Biochemistry & Ethics — Georgetown University Medical Center
• Senior Science Advisory Fellow — Joint Staff of the Pentagon
• Senior Advisor — DARPA, NATO, World Health Organization
• Director, Center for Disruptive Technologies & Future Warfare — National Defense University
• Briefed U.S. Special Operations Command in 2018 that this was "a beta test of a viable neuro weapon"
