What’s the one thing that is needed for @SarahHuckabee new mega prison? WATER! @ShelbyDJohnson if this wasn’t so important, your 3M number would be the JOKE OF THE YEAR. @SarahHuckabee, you yourself might want to look at the water data. #standwithus_FCRVC

@ArkansasSenate @ArkansasHouse @SarahHuckabee, Are you all still satisfied with the site assessment completed by @ShelbyDJohnson? It’s no surprise to us locals. When we said treated water isn’t adequate, it’s the truth @ShelbyDJohnson omitted. Ozark’s engineers have confirmed!

@ShelbyDJohnson Did you and your staff omit a tidbit of information? Ozark Water Dept. is operating at 85% without a prison. We thought we’d share the real, engineering report information. If you need any more assistance from us local, please feel free to reach out!

@ArkansasSenate @ArkansasHouse , Are you all wondering why Ozark’s engineer’s report is coming out one year later? After millions spent, @SarahHuckabee and @ShelbyDJohnson were hell bent on keeping it a BIG SECRET! Blindsiding the people is stinking bad politics!

@ArkansasSenate @ArkansasHouse @ShelbyDJohnson @SarahHuckabee Arkansans—including Franklin County & River Valley—can read and do math. Maybe it’s the decision-makers who didn’t!

Engineering & test data raise serious red flags about Duran’s & Johnson’s ability to prepare an accurate prison site assessment. Their grievous error leads Arkansas to waste millions on a site without adequate water. Asking about water should have been their first phone call!

@ShelbyDJohnson , Are you still feeling important and happy about helping @SarahHuckabee pick and buy land with no current municipal water supply for her new mega prison and barely enough well water to flush ten toilets? Or did you lead her into a big ol’ pile of💩?

Will picking—and sticking—to the Franklin County site detour her mega-political dreams & path back to Washington….she created a public relations nightmare! No water first. And now she is stealing our election! Good luck getting back to D.C. But it will be best for Arkansas!

A judge ruled that Arkansas’s delayed special election for Senate District 26 violates constitutional rights. Gov. Sanders and AG Griffin say they’ll appeal the decision, defending the June 2026 date as cost-effective and lawful. “Governor Sanders is confident that on appeal, the law clearly giving the Governor the authority to set special elections will be upheld and ultimately save taxpayer dollars and ensure the election is free, fair, and secure,” Sanders’ spokesperson Sam Dubke said in a statement. “I am disappointed by the ruling and plan to appeal,” Griffin said via a spokesperson. Governor Sanders Steps in a Big Ol’ 💩 Pile When Judge Rules Against Her! She’s delaying the District 26 Senate election “to save costs”? Absurd. Now she’s appealing, wasting time & resources to manipulate the election process. We see through her political shit show!

Whatever our attorney general’s opinion, the dates set for these special elections are unacceptable. The general rule for any governor, any party, any district, should be, “How quickly can we restore representation?” If the AG needs to weigh in, you probably did it wrong.
#ARPX 🚨 Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin’s office has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit challenging the timing of the Senate District 26 special election. The state argues Gov. Sanders acted within her legal authority in setting the June 6, 2026 date, calling claims of wrongdoing “unsupported.” The brief also cites sovereign immunity, saying courts can’t overrule the Governor’s discretion on election timing. Shelby's attorney, Jennifer Sanderfer stated in response: "I'm reviewing the Governor’s filings, and will respond in due time directly to the Court.” Read the full filing here: ow.ly/x8n350XaOXM #ARNEWS #ARLEG

@ArkansasSenate @ArkansasHouse Good leadership means owning it when plans won’t work, holding your team accountable, and then developing a viable, sustainable, fiscally responsible strategy to move forward. Anything less isn’t leadership—it’s excuses.

@ArkansasHouse @ArkansasSenate Chasing Losses: After 2 dismal test wells, Magness says, “there’s going to be water.” Now a 1,200-ft well? Taxpayers are footing the bill for a heck of a long shot, with costly (many millions) Ft. Smith upgrades needed to get water to mega prison!

Anyone have an extra cool $585 MILLION for Fort Smith’s water treatment upgrades, new lines could cost up to $585 million! Now saying 6-8 years. I swear the news about this water just isn’t going to get better. Told ya’ so, @SarahHuckabee & @ShelbyDJohnson! Sorry, not sorry!

If Arkansas really needs prison beds, Sanders’ secret boondoggle prison plan has wasted millions that could have been used for that. Go back to square one, cut the losses, because over a year has been lost. Sanders fails on due diligence! Stop the fiscal bleeding! 🩸

@ArkansasSenate @ArkansasHouse Vanir said prison test wells = 15–16 GPM & 5 GPM. Reality: Arkansas Dept. of Agri reports= 2 GPM & 10 GPH. Typical home needs 6–12 GPM. Numbers don’t lie. Trust the California Vanir dudes yet? No adequate water source; say no to the prison!

@ArkansasHouse @ArkansasSenate @SarahHuckabee @ShelbyDJohnson Let’s play what can you do with 16 gallons of the maximum well water per minute available @ a 3000 bed mega prison. Approximately ten toliet flushes! Standard toilet = 1.6 gallons per flush 16 ÷ 1.6 = 10 Flushes

arkansasadvocate.com/2025/06… What’s clear is that the Governor and her team selected the Franklin County site and handed it off to the Board of Corrections after the fact—expecting them to make it work. The Board should have been a key decision-maker in the site selection process!

@ArkansasHouse @ArkansasSenate @SarahHuckabee Ozark supplies 1.022 billion gallons of water a YEAR to families, farms, & businesses. The proposed mega prison planners want at least 146 million gallons per year. Yet, Franklin County farmers have been denied permits.

And the reason farmers are denied water permits—not enough water to fulfill the demand!
