Over the years in crypto, I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible builders. So I'll be sharing projects built by teams I know, trust, and genuinely believe in. NFA.
One of them is
@StandX_Official built by
@StandX_AG and
@StandX_Justin, who I worked with back in 2019 when Binance Futures was just getting started, alongside a small group of relentless people.
I’ll never forget those days. Long nights, product launches under pressure, and one moment in particular: > the night
@BitMEX went down. Its matching engine collapsed, and suddenly we saw a massive influx of traders flooding into
@BinanceFutures
It was chaotic, fast, and brutal, but the engine Aaron’s team built did not break.
It held flawlessly under extreme stress, and that moment changed the trajectory of the business.
That experience shaped my view of Aaron and his team:
they build things that don’t fall apart when markets get violent.
That’s one of the reasons I’m rooting for their new venture, StandX. Not just because I’m friends with them, but because I’ve seen firsthand what they’re capable of when the system is under maximum load.
> The second reason is more philosophical:
@StandX_Official is a self-funded, not VC-backed, just like
@HyperliquidX This says a lot about their conviction: build first, prove value, raise later.
It’s a rare combo in this industry: experience technical depth patience skin-in-the-game capital.
So yes. I’m watching closely, and I’ll signal when I see real progress. Because I believe they have everything needed to win long term.
