What is Brain Soup? The brain "floats" in a clear liquid called cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). CSF is a clear, water-like fluid that fills spaces within and around the brain and spinal cord. Which is also why "negative thinking" and endless trauma ruminations create such poor results. The Brain Soup simply becomes too toxic for the poor brain to function correctly and perform its natural logic operations.
