As a police officer you will hear too often that you signed up for this. I did. I also had no idea how horrible people could be to one another, no idea of the death, pain, grief and hate I would see. I wasn’t born a police officer I was and am no different than you. #BellLetsTalk

I haven’t been going for walks or hikes.
I found myself always on the run which hasn’t been great for my #mentalhealth.
I’m thankful for my hiking bestie for not giving up on me. First thing this morning we went out.

It might be getting chilly but we had an amazing time at today’s @TrafficServices #bikerodeo 🚴♀️ at Rose Ave PS @tdsb. In @TPS51Div. The kids were incredible & you would never know it wasn’t a perfect weather day. Always great seeing confidence grow with every stage they complete.
