Hey do people know that if you check into an @Airbnb and there is a pest infestation, their support will literally just leave it in the host's hands. And when the host doesn't do anything, you just have to live in a pest-infested @airbnb? @AirbnbHelp is this your policy????

Your support just told me again, after the 4th pest sighting, that it's up to the landlord to allow for a cancellation and he is declining. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. WHY WOULD ANYONE BOOK THROUGH @AIRBNB
