🎙️Gang Grit Sports: Fantasy Football News/Opinion 🗞️ As we, those who pay attention to the NFL year round, dig into any news to give us an edge… I have to question getting too high on certain updates at this point. Before GGS gets too excited, we want to know: • Who are these O skill position players going up against in OTAs? Are we talking D players who are battling for Taxi Squad positions? • Where’s the positional competition? Many established players skip OTAs for various reasons. Injuries & work load are factors, but until actual training camps are going full throttle, we’re taking a wait & see philosophy at GGS. • WHOM are they working WITH? Just as important as WHO is defending in these drills, who else is on the field? What QB are they working with… who’s missing from the O line & what other positions’ skill players are taking part? I believe there’s many more questions to be asked, but the facts in this era of 17 regular season games over 18 weeks, how much can we trust what teams are reporting about said players? It just makes sense to me that it’s all speculation at this point. All respect to those going out on a limb creating content, the previous statement stands. We are ALL speculating & it won’t be until at least the first four weeks of the regular season are complete before that speculation can be proven correct. Or incorrect. @minadolsky @MichaelRippe @Robert_paine @TylerWhittom @StartSitEmFF

I’m expecting DK Metcalf to bounce back following a disappointing season. Despite being the clear WR #1 on the Steelers, Metcalf set career lows in targets and receiving yards. I think that was more of a reflection of a struggling offensive eco system that allowed teams to take him out of the game. It was clear that the WR room was an area that needed strengthening - and the Steelers did. They added veteran WR Michael Pittman via trade and Germie Bernard in the draft. The addition of this WR depth will make for a more well-rounded offense, which should see less of the defensive attention on Metcalf.

Stop trading on gut feelings. The managers winning trades aren't luckier... they're more informed. Scouting Hub. Built for fantasy football managers who trade with knowledge, not hope. 👇

The guy you're drafting #1 overall probably won't finish RB1. He rarely does. 4 DARK HORSE contenders for RB1 in 2026. 👇

FINALLY, some good Bucky Irving news. Jason Licht informed media that Irving is back on the field. Irving suffered a shoulder injury in Week 4 but posted huge regressions in YPC, EPA/play, FPTs/g and had 0 goal line carries.

Chris Olave continues to rest following a blood clot that kept him out of the final week of the season. Olave, who has bulked up, is in contract negotiations for a long term contract.
