If you're a good content creator who partners or advises teams, do not work with the middleman agencies trying to connect you with teams. They are predatory and will take a big percentage of what you get and dump it on the chart. How the hell can a content creator vibe with a team, understand their vision, and relay their message through a middle man? They cant, there is no real working relationship. These types just want warm bodies and drone like creators. If a team is interested in your work, they'll reach out to you personally.
