The Ugandan Economy is estimated to grow by 6.4% in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26 compared to 6.3% recorded in FY 2024/25, according to the preliminary Estimates of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). #CIPIApril2026 Construction Input Price Index (CIPI) The annual Construction Sector Inflation was registered at 1.6% in the year ended April 2026 compared to 0.7% registered for the year ended March 2026. The price of Cement, Paints, varnishes and sand registered an increase, on an annual comparison.
