Today I received my @ButlerTrust commendation presented by HRH Princess Anne. Presentation at the Sheldonian Theatre followed by afternoon tea at the Keble College. An amazing day had by all.

I was thinkng recently about attachment styles in the workplace, so I thought I'd post a THREAD about recent research publications on this topic. Many leaders won't realise they are dealing, in the office, with fears they held as an infant. So are their employees & staff members.

A credible #SentencingReview must draw on perspectives of prison and probation staff who implement courts’ decisions, NGOs, and above all people who have served prison and/or community sentences. Any review will otherwise be lop-sided and lack all legitimacy.
