UGH!!!!! I accidentally hit the button and hung up when I picked up my phone 🤦🏼♀️. FOUR and a HALF hours on hold, and never got to take to a person. Do better @etrade ! Any tips on how to get through since you require a call to initiate a transfer for custodial acct?!?!
