Had a wonderful meeting with PM Keir Starmer in Evian. The last year has been outstanding as far as India-UK relations are concerned. The trade deal has opened many avenues of economic cooperation. Today’s talks focused on how to add even more momentum to India-UK ties. @Keir_Starmer @G7

We are banning social media access for under 16s. These days kids must find their feet in a world where technology intrudes into every area of their life. I just can’t let that go on anymore. So we’re giving children their childhoods back.
Community note
The UK Government's 'careful review' of the research found a small correlation between children's use of social media and wellbeing, but no evidence of a causal effect: gov.uk/government/pub… assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/696e0b46…

Justice Jeremy Johnson will go down in history alongside Percy Yutar who sent Mandela & his comrades to jail for life, alongside all the apartheid South African judges who shamefully jailed activists for opposing the system. Despicable & indefensible
This is an affront to British justice & democracy. This is what Starmer, Lammy & Cooper have created in Britain: a system that represents Netanyahu & Elbit Systems rather than the interests of the British people, the vast majority of whom want to stop arms sales to Israel. The right to protest is dead, the right to an open & honest trial is dead. The right to be on the side of peace & human decency rather than genocide, is dead

The world’s first trillionaire made a pedophile rapist the president of the United States and then personally made sure starving children couldn’t get food and medicine, with 14 million deaths projected from his actions alone. He’s possibly the most evil person in history.

Gut wrenching to see four young people jailed for direct action against an arms supplier to Israel. Years in prison for protesting to save lives in Gaza, with 'terrorism' used despite no jury convicting them of it. A truly dangerous attack on the right to protest.

Can we please stop with this nonsense that every man who served in the armed forces is a decent one. This one assaulted 2 female police officers. Banned from running a company Sacked from a tv programme for his behaviour including his lewd comments to women.
Great to see a true British patriot and one of the most elite soldiers this country has ever produced, Ant Middleton, throwing his support behind Reform UK and Rob Kenyon. This is a huge endorsement. When people who have served their country at the highest level speak, people listen

Big up Ian Wright, Gary Neville, and Roy Keane for calling out what the US is doing to the World Cup. They didn’t shy away and condemned it all, including the decision to ban Omar Artan. Officials have always had freedom of movement, and FIFA guaranteed it.

He rioted - supposedly over a hideous crime. His criminal offences include mugging an 80 year old woman. These are the scumbags who claim to be the champions of British people.
44-year-old Daniel Frost from Southampton has been jailed for two years and four months for violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, a dog lead with a metal carabiner that he had turned into a makeshift knuckleduster. He has 25 previous convictions for 55 offences, including a six-year prison sentence for GBH and robbing an 80-year-old woman, as well as public order and burglary offences.

This is the kind of thing that was said about the Jews in the 1930s. It is not hyperbolic to say that degrading an entire culture leads us to a very dark place. Reform are playing with fire right now trying to stop themselves being outflanked by the extremists of Restore.
Some cultures are MUCH better than others.

Burning Jewish ambulances deserves a Cobra meeting, but burning the homes of black & brown people doesn't, apparently. Make it make sense.
I'm just trying to understand when does the organised violence against & terrorising of working class black & brown people get a Cobra meeting ? Or are we all supposed to be Far Right now & indulge their expression of ' legitimate concerns ' ?

Why doesn’t Farage sit down with a low paid care worker, look them in the eye and tell them the truth. He voted against a ban on zero hours contracts. Against sick pay from Day 1. Against protections from fire & rehire. He’s not a friend of workers - he’s a political fraud.

‘Behind the “guy with a pint in the pub”, this is a man who consistently voted against the interests of working people.’ Trade Union Head Paul Nowak tells @AndrewMarr9 he finds Reform's 'party for the working class' image 'laughable'.
