Had a chance to speak with Sheldon Creed about his team's new partnership with @VielightInc , which is serving as his primary sponsor this weekend at Pocono. Vielight is a neurotechnology company focused on photobiomodulation, a treatment to help support neurological performance, cognitive function and recovery. The technology was studied on the BYU Football team a few years ago, and Sheldon believes (and hopes) he's the first NASCAR driver to take advantage of the technology. He's about a week and a half into using it and hopes to see how it helps him through the summer months. "The summer, we get to the hot months, it's exhausting. I really look forward to seeing the benefits there before, during, and after the race, and to see what it looks like, what my focus is, and what my recovery can become."
