In a fair election, Spencer Pratt never had a chance of becoming mayor in a city with an overall population that is morally and spiritually broken beyond all hope. In this case, that outcome was ensuring the appealing and effective Pratt was not given a national platform for another five months to expose the failures and horrors of Democrat governance.
