Republicans are in charge because we promised: to Make America Healthy Again. to start No New Wars, to put people above corporations, to put America above foreign countries, to release the Epstein files, to not spy on citizens, to eliminate fraud, what the hell happened?!

The most recent example of the FBI's counterterrorism entrapment playbook.

Today’s story behind the numbers: This #FBI stops cold more potential terrorist attacks on this country. On Monday, Mohamed Sagha of northeastern New Jersey was charged with allegedly attempting to provide material support and resources to the terrorist organization ISIS. In December, Sagha had connected online with a confidential human source who he thought was an ISIS fighter in Syria and began chatting about planning violent attacks on U.S. targets. Sagha expressed interest in assisting with an ISIS attack or launching his own, possibly on a National Guard facility or Jewish house of worship, while sharing pictures and videos of actual locations. He talked repeatedly about visiting ISIS territory and even made an unsuccessful attempt to do so. He also purchased and shipped encryption technology to the source designed to help the ISIS “brothers” mask their identities and locations and conceal their online activities. This is law enforcement at its best —stopping deadly attacks before they happen—and it follows on the heels of another FBI investigation that led to the pre-emptive arrest last week of three ISIS supporters who allegedly sought to attack and kill members of our military—as well as the four terror attacks this FBI stopped in just one month at the end of 2025. Special thanks to @FBINewark, NYPD, and the Wayne Police Department for their work here to save lives and protect the homeland. northjersey.com/story/news/c…

Lawmakers unwilling to protect the Fourth Amendment they swore an oath to defend don't deserve Fifth, Sixth, or Eight Amendment protections. Straight to Gitmo, traitors.
FISA Section 702 is our most critical tool for thwarting terror plots.  With the World Cup, the Olympics, and America 250 celebrations approaching, this program is more important than ever.  Yet, Senate Democrats once again put politics before American safety and let it expire.

The lawmakers who protected the Fourth Amendment are depriving the federal government of a tool to illegally spy on Americans. Get a warrant, traitor.
The lawmakers who have blocked the renewal of FISA Section 702 are depriving our intel community of a critical tool to fight terrorism. With millions gathering for the World Cup and America 250, this lapse is a gift to any bad actors targeting these events. This must not stand.

In April 2024, House Republicans voted 128-86 to require a warrant for FISA 702. clerk.house.gov/Votes/202411… Speaker Johnson was the tie vote to defeat it in the total tally including dems. Last night, only 19 Rs voted down reauthorization without a warrant. I'll leave it to you to determine what changed.

Spare us. You exploited and abandoned the whistleblowers who exposed it.
The Department hosted a powerful roundtable discussion today with @ASGWoodward @EDSecMcMahon @FBIDirectorKash @Jim_Jordan @GlennYoungkin and other key voices in the fight to expose the prior Administration's weaponization of government against parents. Former AG Garland’s October 2021 memo — issued in response to an NSBA letter which labeled parents as 'domestic terrorists’ — activated the FBI and U.S. Attorneys to intimidate parents speaking out at school board meetings. AG Bondi immediately rescinded it and we have taken steps to ensure this weaponization never happens again. This DOJ will always vigorously defend parental rights nationwide.

To be frank, you swore an oath to protect the Fourth Amendment. Get a warrant, traitor.
To be frank, failing to extend FISA Section 702 could be fatal. Democrats need to put politics aside and support this vital national security tool.

Section 702 surveillance would continue under existing FISA Court certifications even if the statute lapses on June 12, remaining valid until at least March 2027. brennancenter.org/our-work/resea… cato.org/blog/fisa-sect…

Traitor. Get a warrant.
Senate and House Democrats, and even some Republicans, just put us on course to turn off our most valuable intelligence tool to track terrorists coming to our country. Right as the World Cup begins.   The World Cup begins today. FISA expires tomorrow.   Even most Democrats acknowledge that FISA is necessary to identify foreign terrorists, disrupt plots, and protect Americans from attack. They've voted for it before, so it's not a vote of conscious, it's a foolish political statement. Even some Republicans, like my political opponent, campaigned against FISA, basing their opposition upon a collection of widespread lies that I’ve debunked plenty of times before.   This isn’t a symbolic vote. It’s a decision with real consequences. Thousands of lives are being put at risk for political theater.

FISA is a critical tool that allows Treasury to stop terrorists from utilizing the financial system to carry out attacks against the United States and continues to be a critical component of our national and economic security. It is the most important tool we have to collect information on our adversaries including Iran and Hamas. Congressional Democrats should stop playing politics with the safety and security of the American people.

19 Republicans withheld our votes in order to preserve Constitutionally guaranteed rights. By refusing to honor the Fourth Amendment, you’re jeopardizing the continuation of FISA. Include a WARRANT requirement for US citizens if you want Republicans to pass this bill.

This is a stunning fact: The Fourth Amendment isn't a suggestion. Get a warrant.
As millions of Americans gather for large events and summer celebrations, Democrats just BLOCKED the FISA Section 702 national security statute, hampering our ability to detect foreign terrorist threats. This comes after Democrats shut down Homeland Security. This is a stunning and dangerous fact: Democrats are now willing to put petty politics over public safety.
Community note
House Democrats joined 19 Republicans in voting against a FISA 702 extension on June 11, 2026 (198-218), citing concerns over the DNI nominee and demands for warrant protections on U.S. persons' data. nbcnews.com/politics/trump…
