We talked to nearly 100 people about youth sports in New Jersey and found a predatory industry that is leaving parents broke, exhausted and wondering how the games of their childhood took over their adult lives. Our six-month investigation: nj.com/sports/2026/05/the-sh…

"On a scale of 1 to 10, my frustration is a 10. This is awful." Based on shuttle bus and ride-share issues several hours after the game, I think the host committee may have spiked the football a bit too early. @PatLanniNJ's hustle got the story: nj.com/news/2026/06/travel-d…

Well, I guess I've been called worst things than "another European"

Simple—This is America where we drive cars! There is a very large parking lot at the stadium and it will be full of cars, as it is every Sunday for Giants and Jets games! Another European who knows NOTHING about American culture!!!!

This feels significant!
We will not be able to accommodate the demand. Prices will be elevated to encourage drivers to come out. Consider taking public transit or book Uber shuttle. x.com/JGoldny/status/2065828…

The fact that NJ Transit has sold 31,589 tickets TOTAL to the stadium when it expected to carry 40,000 fans to EACH GAME makes me very, very curious about how people are actually planning on getting there today.

Nine miles from where N.J. is hosting the World Cup, there's a soccer field surrounded with high fences and barbed wire. Men caught up in ICE raids recently stood on it and chanted "LIBERTAD!" Is this the America we want to show the world? Column: nj.com/sports/2026/06/as-njs…

“No, nobody threatened me. If I thought one of them was threatening me, believe me, I would wind up being in a bigger article. If someone personally threatened me, I would take care of it right there."

"Kid Rock’s scrotum is in my face. To be precise, an enormous, computer-generated rendering of Kid Rock’s, uh, rocks are all my eyes can see." Well, that's a lede that grabs the reader, @oldmcdougall! nj.com/entertainment/2026/06…

Great column. And I would pay an extra $5 to read the version of it when the Knicks were down 29.
ICYMI, Column: the Garden has never been louder, never been more graced with magic than it was Wednesday night. And from out of a crowded tangle of arms, a soaring OG Anunoby delivered the big-game moment for which #Knicks fans have waited 53 years. nypost.com/2026/06/11/sports…

If the Knicks blow this series after going up 2-0 on the road, it would be the biggest disappointment in modern New York sports history. (Don't @ me about the '01 or '04 Yankees, not with all those championships.)
