"I couldn't be more thankful for this opportunity and where I'm at". Citadel head coach Russell Triplett is not a Citadel alum, but there is no question, he's a "Citadel guy". He asked for the mic to say one more thing at the end of today's press conference to address the alums of the school and the program. His lip quivered a bit. You could tell, it meant something.

With arsenal design, we definitely hang onto levels of pronation/supination too much & not enough focus on timing of trunk flexion shoulder internal rotation Naturally, we are ALL pronators - the difference is the timing of when we do so Reverse engineer ball flight!

Pitching isn’t—and will never be—a solved problem. No single movement metric can fully explain pitch speed—it’s a complex, individual problem. Joe Kelly, Jacob Degrom, and Andrés Muñoz all use different solutions to the same challenge.
