The earth is really starting to move at the Vista West project! The 5-story, 174 unit senior apartment campus is located on Madison’s growing west side. Vista West is scheduled to open in late summer 2021

Final roof pour at the Arden Apartments yesterday! Thanks to the Stevens Concrete crew that worked on the Arden to successfully top off the structure on schedule. Their dedication has put the rest of the Stevens Arden team in a great position to complete this project in October.

Over the past few weeks, this future construction worker has been visiting our Lake Nokomis Apartment project in Minneapolis. At all of 19 months old, this little guy loves to go watch the diggers with his grandma and dream of one day driving one himself.
