Even if we have our telescope in the dome up and running, members still bring their own setups sometimes. It helps when we have a lot of visitors due to space.

This fantastic video of the sun. Having the great weather we have had and clear skys during the day, Rob Johnson managed to image the sun every day at mid day for about a week.

Take a look at the crater plato. While the terminator line is so close, it really brings out the detail on the crater rim. Thanks to Steven Tomkinson for this picture.

At the Observatory, we find planets during the daytime. our telescope operators will find something if it's possible. In this case, we found jupiter as the sun was behind clouds.
