Team Monarch Recruitment Team Monarch is currently looking for a First Entry or Hard Support player to join our roster. We will begin holding tryouts after the Philly LAN, as the team will be away this weekend attending the event. Requirements * Preferred: Previous T1 scrim experience * Required: At least T2–T3 competitive experience * 1–2 years of competitive experience, with some time spent in T3 or higher leagues * Coachable mindset and willingness to improve * Long-term commitment only — we’re looking for players who want to grow and win, not players who leave after a bad scrim We work closely with a retired former T1 player who helps with VOD reviews, strategy, and player development. Due to privacy reasons, we won’t be publicly naming them. Main roster players will have access to this resource.
