A Little Thing Called Running
Fresh air and friends this morning with a little trip down to @Hanleyparkrun
Fitness level wasn’t as bad as anticipated so with New Year goals being set, the cardio side needs balancing out #ukrunchat

Popped our Christmas T-shirts on and got a festive lower body session done. The legs were still feeling Tuesdays session so it was nice to do some different exercises
When starting or trying anything new, the imposter syndrome likes to come out and play. New targets set, new challenges ahead &time to squash that little voice in my head that says you don’t belong here
Chest and back session done with 30 mins on the bike to feel the sweat
We really should change the law. If a PM falls Ill or incapacitated, the party in power should be entitled to select a substitute. For any other reason an election should be automatic. The present system is ludicrous, undemocratic and dysfunctional
