We take a look at retail in general mainly about Tesco, but love all forms of retail and will share good and indifferent examples from all retailers.

Blimey, Do you get a free saw? 😆 @bigphil321
That’s ridiculous 😤😳 I know it’s a choice if you buy it, but £50 for a bar of chocolate, with your Morrisons card, £80 without, in this climate😳 These supermarkets are having us over… Our weekly big shop from Aldi costs less than £50 every week👊

Shocking, just horrendous. Why can Tesco, Asda, etc., charge £1.68 for diesel, but @Shell_UKLtd this price? Thought this was being governed? @RachelReevesMP @BBCNews @SkyNews @PoliticsUK @UKParliament #fuelpricehike

£3.85 with a Clubcard, not bad value for a sandwich, branded drink and crisps. 🤷‍♂️
how fucking much is a meal deal bro

Want an extra 6? Same product, same shelf, x2 or x1 equals £15. Buy two 300g and get 6 extra chocolates. Or is it one box "looks" better as a gift?

A Tesco meal deal was £3 in 2015. Adjusted for inflation that would be £4.20 in today's money. A Tesco meal deal is £3.85 today. Meal deal prices have have fallen relative to other prices. And that understates things because the options are better now: In 2015, a good-value bundle (with a sandwich, a Red Bull and some Walkers Sensations) could get you £4.85 worth of food, £6.78 in today's money. Today the meal deal can get you sushi, a protein shake and a protein bar that would cost £8.45 separately. So you pay 35p less for as much as £1.67 more of food.
Food inflation skyrocketed after the Tories & Reform’s botched Brexit. 😐 So I’m campaigning to bring prices down and cut the cost of living, starting with a UK favourite: the meal deal. 🥪 It’s time to give something back to the grafters out getting their lunch. ✅

Anyone actually buy from Tesco Marketplace, especially as the marketplace pops up below store stock?

Traditional retail customer questions/sayings this time of year: I'm looking for fresh turkeys dated to the New Year. Isn't it busy? Are you open Christmas Day? Do you have later dates in the back? What, no sprouts? (Christmas Eve, 4 p.m.) What's your favorite? #christmasretail
