So, there is a belief among Republicans and Democrats alike that they don't have to hear you speak.
Your suggested reasons:
1. You're black.
2. You're a woman.
3. You were elected in Utah.
Is it a single issue? Or must it be the combination of the 3?
I think, perhaps, it's something more. There might be a 4th reason: It hurts our ears when you speak. 🤷♂️
Yet you still go back to Democrat Rule Number 3 - "When all else fails, blame it on racism."
Being a Black woman elected in Utah means that Republicans and Democrats alike believe they don't have to hear me speak. In fact, my opinion and expertise is dismissed and stereotyped as angry.
