Unfortunately, utilizing a conduit among friendly nations, Russia has once again revived its long-discredited claims about alleged biological weapons programs in Ukraine. Ukraine fully complies with its obligations under the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention and has never developed, produced, or stockpiled biological weapons. Cooperation with international partners, including the United States, has focused on public health, disease monitoring, laboratory diagnostics, and biosafety measures that are standard practice around the world. These accusations have already been examined through international mechanisms, including consultations under the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention and discussions at the UN Security Council. No evidence was ever presented to support Russia's claims. The facts are clear. Ukraine's biosafety programs are civilian, transparent, and consistent with international law. Recycled propaganda does not change that reality.

Another rough night for Russia's rapidly vanishing energy sector, as one of the country's key oil and fuel storage facilities burns in Yaroslavl Region. The "Temp" complex belongs to the state reserve agency and functions as a large storage and distribution center for petroleum products. Fuel held there can be redirected during shortages, emergencies, or military requirements. Positioned on major rail and Volga transport routes north of Moscow, it plays a key role in keeping fuel moving through central and northwestern Russia.

Sweden's Parliamentary Defense Committee has warned about the risk of a military attack by Russia on NATO countries in the near future. The document notes that the Kremlin may decide to attack if it considers the political conditions favorable and decides to test the Alliance's unity and the readiness of its members to fulfill their obligations regarding collective defense. The Swedish military intelligence believes that Russia is already capable of carrying out a limited armed operation outside Ukraine. The report also notes that Russia is forming new military units in the Leningrad Military District and continues to increase its presence on the Kola Peninsula and in the Arctic. The authors of the document emphasize that the threat from Russia will be long-term and will persist even after the end of Putin's rule. Sweden's assessments coincide with the conclusions of a number of European intelligence services, which have increasingly been warning about Moscow's preparations for a potential confrontation with European countries recently.

Russia is expanding infrastructure for launching drones near the border with Belarus. Radio Liberty journalists, after analyzing satellite images and open data, identified at least five new launch pads for attack UAVs in the Bryansk, Orel, and Smolensk regions of Russia. ▪️ Some of the new facilities are located just a few dozen kilometers from the Belarusian border. ▪️ The largest complex near the village of Tsimbulova in the Orel region was previously called by Russian media the "largest drone port in the world". ▪️ According to Ukrainian military sources, most Russian drones use routes through Belarus or along the Belarusian-Ukrainian border during mass attacks, which complicates the work of Ukrainian air defense systems. ▪️ In Belarus itself, they admit that drones violate the country's airspace almost daily. In just one week of May, they recorded 116 such incidents.

More good news on Ukraine's EU path. All EU countries have given the "green light" to the first negotiation cluster for Ukraine. ▫️ The first intergovernmental conferences will take place in Luxembourg on June 15th. This was announced by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. ▫️ The parties will open the "Foundations" cluster, which covers the rule of law, democratic institutions, and human rights. ▫️ Ursula von der Leyen called this a recognition of the reforms that Ukraine and Moldova are carrying out despite the difficult challenges. ▫️ The decision became possible after Hungary lifted the blockade of the negotiation process. ▫️ Six negotiation clusters and 33 sections of EU legislation lie ahead. Ukraine is officially moving to the next stage of European integration.

In Riga, the planned concert of the American rapper Xzibit, which was supposed to take place on September 19 at the Coyote Fly club, was canceled due to his support of Russia's war on Ukraine. As reported by Delfi, the reason for the decision was the attention of journalists to the artist's performances in Russia after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia. According to investigations, Xzibit continued to give concerts in Russia, including at least three of his performances last year. After appeals from journalists and further consultations with the competent authorities of Latvia, the organizers announced that the planned concert could not take place, and the event was canceled. At the same time, the club stated that they had no information about the political context of the artist's performances in Russia, and promised to check the public activities of performers more thoroughly before cooperating with them. Recall that Ukraine urged to reconsider the performance of the Russian opera singer Anna Netrebko in Luxembourg due to her ties with the Putin regime.

Western influencers working to sow chaos and division in western societies in exchange for Russian cash mostly have no need to hide their arrangements, as laws against this mostly dont exist, unfortunately. Attracting the lowest of the low has never been a problem for Moscow.

«A Split in the EU» and Fake News about Money for Ukraine: How FIMI Networks Manipulate Financial Debates in the European Union As part of an information campaign, FIMI networks are spreading narratives about an alleged "split within the EU" and accusing Ukraine of "misappropriating European taxpayers' funds". To enhance the effect, manipulators distort the statements of individual politicians, including from Poland, trying to artificially exacerbate the confrontation between Warsaw and Berlin over the distribution of about 6.6 billion euros. Also, claims are being promoted that aid to Ukraine is being provided "at the expense of reducing funding for national armies" of EU countries, and Brussels' decisions are allegedly being made "in violation of the rules". The aim of this information operation is to undermine trust in the mechanisms of financial support for Ukraine and create an impression of internal instability and conflict within the European Union. During June 11, about 125 publications were dedicated to the topic of "financial disputes" in the EU, and in total, on about 320 resources, involved in information manipulations, approximately 4,7 thousand materials with references to Ukraine were published.

With Ukraine's new mid-range drone capabilities now totally cutting off Russian logistics throughout the southern corridor and to Crimea, Russians are disguising military logistics as civilian trucking to run the drone blockade. Locals in Kerch find it hilarious.

When we welcomed the start of dialogue with @YouTube, we said we trusted it would lead to consistent results. Today it has. YouTube has begun global removal of videos promoting Alabuga and other sanctioned entities. We welcome this decision and expect the process to continue. Alabuga is a Russian weapons factory. The Shahed drones assembled there are killing Ukrainian children in their beds, striking maternity hospitals, and destroying residential buildings across our cities on a near-daily basis. Alabuga is recruiting teenagers, some as young as 15, to work on those very production lines. Platforms that carry promotional content for Alabuga are not neutral service providers. They are part of the chain that sustains that production and enables Russian atrocities. YouTube recognised this and acted. Structured, direct dialogue with a platform of global reach produced a global result. We are grateful for that. We now call on all other major platforms to act without delay. The Alabuga recruitment campaign is active. It targets young people. It operates across multiple platforms simultaneously. Every day of inaction is another day that content recruiting teenagers to a sanctioned weapons manufacturer reaches its intended audience on the open internet. We are ready to extend the same dialogue to any platform prepared to act on the same basis.

Upon another landmark by Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces in causing over $40 billion in damage to the enemy in only one year's time, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy introduced a new state holiday - the Day of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The holiday will be celebrated annually on June 11. ▶️ The Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) as a separate type of forces within the Armed Forces of Ukraine were established on June 11, 2025. ▶️ Ukraine became the first country in the world where the Unmanned Systems Forces became a separate type of forces within the army. During the first year of its existence, the USF struck 100,000 Russian occupiers and 350,000 military targets. ▶️ Unmanned technologies have radically changed modern warfare. Up to 35% of all verified strikes of the Defense Forces of Ukraine are carried out with the help of UAVs. ▶️ The Deep Strike Center of the USF plays an important role in destroying targets with middle strike and deep strike. Ukrainian military already have the ability to strike targets up to 2 thousand km deep. ▶️ With the help of long-range means and middle-strike drones, the USF destroys Russian logistics in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, electronic warfare and air defense systems, attacks military units, defense industry enterprises and oil infrastructure in Russia. ▶️ During the first year of its existence, the USF struck targets worth 40 billion dollars. Among them - the Ryazan, Yaroslavl, Tuapse, Kuibyshev refineries, the ports of "Primorsk" and "Ust-Luga". The USF uses interceptor drones to shoot down Russian UAVs, saving the lives of Ukrainians at the front and in the rear. ▶️ The UAV crews of the USF adjust missile strikes on targets in Russia, carry out joint drone attacks in coordination with the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Security Service of Ukraine and other units of the Defense Forces.

Despite Moscow's current war effort already destroying their country at a rapid clip, the Russians only want more - now using the scant remaining resources to build a new military base near the border with Finland. Construction of the first completely new military base since Soviet times has begun in the village of Nova Vilga near Petrozavodsk. This was reported by the Finnish publication Yle, citing an analysis of satellite images and military expert Marco Eklund. Active work started in the spring of 2026. On the territory, a headquarters, a parade ground, and about a dozen large barracks are already visible. According to experts, the base will be able to accommodate 4 to 6 thousand military personnel in the future. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, more than 50 facilities are planned to be built in the military town, including housing for military families and auxiliary infrastructure. In the opinion of Finnish analysts, the build-up of Russian military presence near NATO's borders is a long-term challenge to the region's security. At the same time, experts note that due to the war against Ukraine, Moscow is currently limited in resources for the rapid deployment of new combat-ready groups.
