🚨 SE Live Login Issues 🚨 The issue that was causing streamers to not be able to login to their accounts via SE Live has been identified by our Dev Team and a fix has been released today. Thank you for your patience while our Team looked into this 🙏

We wanted to share some insight on the issue of users getting their access to stream to TikTok via SE Live revoked:

On the weekend, we received a number of reports from multiple Creators about this exploit. Our Devs (and collaboratively with other services Chatbot devs) investigated and immediately issued a change that tackled this exploit, roughly 30 minutes after it was reported to us. This change means that we’ve specifically blocked it for positional arguments, i.e. ${1}, ${1:} and ${touser} We want to thank everyone who reported it, which allowed us to resolve it in a timely manner. 🙏

Our Devs have identified the issue and our website is back up and running! Our Team will continue monitoring closely for the next few hours, so thank you for your patience 🙏

Hey folks - we're aware of an issue affecting some users trying to log into SE Live, resulting in a black screen like this. To fix it, please try the following: 1️⃣Close your current browser 2️⃣Open Google Chrome 3️⃣Disable any active VPN or Ad-Blocker 4️⃣Log in again via SE Live We haven’t seen this issue occur on Chrome, which also offers the most reliable experience across all StreamElements tools. Consider setting Chrome as your default browser or opening a Chrome window before starting the login process. 🙏

Heads up: Scammers are using this 3rd-party breach as bait to send fake “data breach” emails. These are not from StreamElements. Do not open, don’t click, just report & delete. The breach is under investigation, and we’ll share updates via official channels when more information is available.

We recently became aware of a data security incident involving a third-party service provider we stopped working with last year. We can confirm no StreamElements servers have been breached. While this incident did not originate within StreamElements systems, we take the security of our customers’ data seriously and are actively reaching out to them to assess and address the impact.
