1) As most of you may not be aware my position got moved to full time, requiring administration to open the position to everyone. I was informed last week that they will be hiring someone else as the strength and conditioning coach. To all the athletes that I’ve worked with

We are very excited for her to take this step in her career but also sad to see her go. She has been a GREAT coach/friend/mentor to everyone here. We wish her nothing but the best and will miss her greatly in the strength department
