@SP_PublicAudit grilled @WICScotland Chair Donald MacRae 18 Sep over @AuditorGenScot s22 report. Report highlighted ex-CEO's pattern of behaviour.
However, @AuditorGenScot is also aware of pattern of behaviour by MacRae.

HIE dismissed warnings it wld lose £175k loan it mis-scored 'low risk' to ensure 3yr interest holiday.
MacRae/HIE has video evidencing current HIE employee visited Sandstone owner's home, with 2 large men, gave HIE £ and said it was for him PERSONALLY, not company. No action.

Great Scottish Tapestry Charitable Trust has been STRUCK OFF @ScotCharityReg Charity Register after we raised conflict-of-interest concerns.
A near-identically-named company, with business relevant to the charity's work, is owned/directed by individuals linked to Birlinn Books.

@LiveBorders, which now holds the tapestry, ignored concerns conflicts of interest meant certain Tapestry trustees - including Chair, Alistair Moffat - appeared to be profiting personally from the charity's activities as shareholders of the similarly-named company.

Under Hyslop, SG helped Todd try to explain lie. Todd then repeated it in writing.
