We had to get ACCESS to the PHYSICAL PRINTER IN THE ROOM BY LOOKING UP THE SHADY WEBSITE, DOWNLOADING A FILE, FOLLOW MORE INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD A SOFTWARE. ALL FOR IT NOT TO WORK. NOW OUR Z-MAIL IS FILLED WITH ADS. AND I CAN'T USE THE PRINTER
