Australia Dropshipping Day 39 Passable day. My top 2 ads are getting slightly cooked, but my BOF is pulling through. Not going to cut anything yet since total CPA is not too much below my BE-ROAS. I think i might need to re-analyse my lander for further CRO. Made new ads.

Most people trade one cage for another. They leave a job they hate to build a business they cannot leave. The hours are longer, the stress is higher, and the income is less predictable. But they call it freedom because nobody is telling them when to show up. That is not freedom. That is self-employment with better marketing. The version worth building is one where the systems run independently of the schedule. Where a Tuesday in Milan and a Tuesday at the desk produce the same output. Where time off is not a cost because the machine does not require the founder to operate. Most ecom brands are on both side of the line. Some of them are completely trapped inside the number. Others built it in a way that actually gives them their time back. The revenue is the same. The life is completely different. That gap between a business that needs you and a business that does not is the only upgrade that actually matters.

Australia Dropshipping Day 37 BANG 3k/day accomplished. Uploaded another batch of ads, edited my lander copy slightly for more congruency. Need to figure out how to scale even further cus i feel like the ad fatigue might kick in in a couple weeks... Need to be prepared.

Why is it when i have $30 CPMs and 10% CTR my cvr becomes 0.6%, but when i have same CPMs and 4% CTR my cvr goes to 3%...

Australia Dropshipping Day 36 Alright day. Made iterations of the winning ad, set up a nice post-purchase flow to upgrade to a higher bundle tier. Also added an email pop-up at 6pm but i only got 1 sale after 5 hrs so i turned it off for now. Need to re-evaluate my email flows.

The hardest skill in media buying is doing nothing. Your CPA spikes on a Tuesday and every instinct tells you to change something. Pause an ad. Adjust a budget. Change the structure. But most of the time the best move is to wait. → Bad days happen. One bad day isn't a trend. → Meta fluctuates. The algorithm has good days and bad days just like you. → Reacting too fast resets learnings and makes things worse. The media buyers who struggle the most are the ones who can't sit on their hands. They optimize themselves into a hole.

Dropshipping Day 34 Holy Sht. Crazy converting day, metrics were insane, CPMs like halved and got crazy traffic. Feels so good to crack 2k/day. Worked my casual job today and celebrated mothers day early with fam so not much done today. Improved packaging with supplier.
