Broken 4x14 wood beam @ Preferred HomeCare in Phoenix. Due to the facility being so close in proximity to the airport, 45 day wait for a crane permit from the FAA. With structural engineer, we designed a way to repair the beam from below w/out having to open roof or use a crane.
