Eviction delayed! On Monday, Living Rent Leith members successfully delayed the eviction of our members Taine and Callum. Callum and Taine were given 12 days to leave their flat by DJ Alexander so that the landlord can sell the property so he can fund other overseas investments.

Just to put it out there for certain, we are vehemently pro-choice and pro-abortion, and are committed to fighting for bodily autonomy for all :)

I don’t doubt some of the MSPs that left had other commitments, that’s the nature of the job. But if this wasn’t the case, and you are an MSP that left for no good reason, shame on you. The protest was arranged outside the Scottish Parliament for good reason.

As @racheljchung so eloquently said last night, ‘we’re punching up, we’re here to put pressure on those in power, and if those in power are not prepared to listen then we will leave them behind.’ Because we’re not going to give up.
