Remembering Ray Galton OBE who passed away #OTD 5 October 2018. Ray & Alan Simpson worked with Hancock for 10 years, including writing over 160 radio and TV episodes of Hancock's Half Hour and Hancock and The Rebel. Ray loved The Bowmans, let's enjoy in his memory.

How do you sleep at night @DirectLine? Had to have my entire bathroom dismantled and reassembled due to a water leak and “because it didn’t do any damage” as the pipes are under the ground, you won’t pay out. I should leave it it till the house sinks? #DriectLine

Remembering Tony Hancock whom we lost #OTD 25 June 1968, best known for his BBC shows which ran for over 160 episodes on radio and TV from 1954 to 1961. His work, and that of his writers Ray Galton and Alan Simpson, is still loved and enjoyed all these years later. What a legacy!
