Russian Colonel Oleg Sokolenko, the military commissar of Rostov's Pervomaysky and Proletarsky districts, has died after falling from a window of his own apartment.
Sokolenko was found unconscious beneath his apartment building with injuries consistent with a fall. He later died from his injuries.

Genuinely reminds me of my last kick in amateur football. We lost an Orphanage Cup shoot-out on pitch 1 at Plessy. I took the final kick, it missed by a midge's, but it was still rising, so it looked worse than it was.
