EIS FELA members believe that CoGC Mgt has failed to progress and implement Fair Work in the College and that due to chronic mismanagement and a lack of proper governance, working conditions have been allowed to deteriorate.

Even as a politics lecturer in a Middle East department, I am lost.
Israel has a right to self defence, but Lebanon does not?
Israelis have the right to be safe, but Palestinians do not?
Iran can’t launch missiles into civilian areas, but Israel can?
None of this is coherent.

If you want an education, without having to jump through hoops of fire, try not to be working class. Our education systems are classist from root to tip, working class students are always left at a disadvantage. It has to change.
