Our @HuntMidwest facilities team hosted a tour of SubTropolis this month for @FOCTC HVAC students. The team explained their unique solutions underground and the intense preventative maintenance schedule that helps them keep hundreds of HVAC units in tip-top shape for our tenants.

Did you know KC is a major hub for the @USNatArchives?
Yesterday @AOTUS11_Shogan visited @SubTropolis and two other local NARA facilities that maintain 770 million records with room to expand to 13 billion. That makes KC the third largest hub of national records in the country!

Check out this exciting milestone in our NE 48th Street extension project at Hunt Midwest Business Center, where this road will pave the way for a new north entrance to @SubTropolis and almost 2 million new square feet of industrial space on the surface.
Girders have been placed at @huntmidwest's 48th Street project! #EarthCam has been on-site documenting the project, which will facilitate the development of a new, 135-acre phase at Hunt Midwest Business Center. Check out our time-lapse of the girders being placed!
