This actually won’t work unless you reduce the rates for creatives and small local enterprises
Very glad we got the support to get this agreed to remove any monetary incentive to keep a commercial building vacant. Hopefully as well as bringing in more funds to spend at as local level, now vacant buildings will be occupied by start up local enterprises and creatives.
