It is important to note that Ireland currently has no functional legal regime for public arts development outside state-sanctioned propaganda & state-sponsored 'official' arts support schemes. This must change. Arts cannot be left to the domain of state-owned & state-controlled

Very glad we got the support to get this agreed to remove any monetary incentive to keep a commercial building vacant. Hopefully as well as bringing in more funds to spend at as local level, now vacant buildings will be occupied by start up local enterprises and creatives.
