I think my biggest weakness as a creator, apart from not posting enough clips of my antics, is that I never get out of my corner and really socialize with other creators. A lot is still networking and while I can do reasonably well at it, I tend to stick to myself in my orc cave. If I see friends post looking for collaborations, I rarely tell them I am interested since I do think that I'd rather give the chance to someone else the chance to work with a friend. I am also hesitant to approach people I don't know, since I got burned a bunch of times (though I have been working on that a lot lately), I am also bad at following things up (this gotten even worse with the new job) and at keeping track of time time sometimes, when there is no set deadline or appointment (working on that too). Bottom line is: you are never gonna be a perfect content creator or even orc being, you always have to work on yourself, your content and what you do. Always keep improving, always keep fighting, always channel your BTE! Big Tusk Energy! Reflect on yourself and your weaknesses. If you are aware of them, you can address them and rise through the rank. I believe in you!
