I participated in Startup Village in Karuizawa! This was my 3rd Startup Village, including Winter Arc, and I always come away inspired. Huge thanks to @SuperteamJapan for the amazing time in Karuizawa. I had great discussions with people from financial institutions, enterprises, CVCs, and builders. One takeaway: JPY stablecoins should not be framed only as a payments problem. The real question is not “how do we make JPY available on-chain?” It is “what makes JPY economically useful on-chain?” If JPY becomes a low-cost funding currency, it could unlock new carry trades against USD stablecoin yield. That is where stablecoins become macro primitives. And that is very close to what we are building with Axis: making market theses tradable. Grateful for all the conversations.

Equally obsessed with this video and the statement it makes. No one understands the hard work and refinement that goes into learning a craft quite like we do.
