Char Siu Manor in Markham (9255 Woodbine Ave) - a new (3mth) Cantonese barbecue spot - is a special place for a few reasons. In the early 90s, there were many Cantonese barbecue takeout places in the GTA (Scarborough, Markham, RH, Mississauga). like everyone had their favourite.

They also have roast goose (seasonal) on the menu right now, something I haven’t seen in years at these places. It was always something you order ahead of time. (I'mteamGoose) Also, sticky rice is a must, with shrimp, mushroom and Chinese sausage. Hope this places sticks around.
