Bro, my best friend from medical school only did 3% of a UWorld first pass and got a 233 on Step 1 when it was scored. Yeah he didn’t kill it, but he got his first choice in EM in South Florida with minimal effort just like he wanted.

Academic bros, let’s say I have a decent amount of papers and a book chapter in a surgical field, but it’s one that I’m interested in. If a journal invites me to review an article in that field should I do it? I’ve stuck to general surgery so I don’t look like a try hard.
