Taken this weekend during a boat cruise around Skomer Island.😊
It was very tough to take photos from a bobbing and swaying boat, but it was better than nothing as I couldn't get on the Island itself as tickets were all sold out!

The most severely ill people with ME used their energy to share their heartbreaking images. Can you use some to contact your MP to ask them to lobby @jamesmurray_ldn about the harm that people with very severe ME are suffering due to a lack of NHS care?

Went to the Drs last Thurs afternoon. Now sore throat, banging headache, cough and blocked nose and sinuses. What are the guesses? Cold, respiratory infection, flu or covid? Aqua De Madre with honey to the rescue.

Ok can someone please please tell the universe 3's. All 4 in the hospital are waiting tests and one possibly open heart surgery. Non have been done since Friday. Now my Auntie has been rushed into hospital with swine flu and struggling to breathe (lives abroad). Enough

Can you please tell the world that things are meant to come in 3's. My uncle was rushed to hospital last night. My husband's step dad was rushed to hospital Friday night, his great aunt was also rushed as well to a different hospital. A close friend of my dad's was rushed ystrday
