@mhclg should take Crews Hill out of Enfield’s hands, designate it as a Development Corporation, and get on with building the homes London desperately needs.

One of your closest friends has liked tweets praising Enoch Powell.
She has repeatedly referred to our beloved London as “Londonistan” – a term we all recognise as Islamophobic.
In my ward, which I’ve been proud to represent , we have always rejected this kind of racism.
It was such an honour to have one of my closest friends @Councillorsuzie campaign with us in Enfield today. She’s the greatest Mayor of London we never had.

It’s absolutely fantastic news for London that both Crews Hill and Chase Park in Enfield, and Thamesmead in Greenwich, have ben confirmed as new towns.

Grant Shapps blocked housing here when he was Transport Secretary - the Labour government unblocked it.
Builders not blockers.
