Really interesting hearing nurses' views on the proposal for a separate pay spine - one nurse with a military background said this happened in her previous job and nurses were better off financially but it affected team working, worried about 'divide and conquer' effect #RCN23

Incident reporting isn't a threat, it isn't a 'paper' exercise. As it's most basic it is documentation of something going wrong. It's evidence that you raised an issue and hopefully it can help us learn - if information is disseminated. #rcn23

What about if we start to put our house in order?
How can we meet the needs of Autistic people if @theRCN, @NHSEmployers @NHSE_WTE & @nmcnews is failing to meet the needs of their own Autistic healthcare workers?
We are currently invisible.
That needs to change!
