HAPPENING NOW: petitioners and attorneys in the school funding case say the adoption of a 2024-25 #PABudget is only a small piece of what's needed. Without a plan to close adequacy gaps w/ a specific timeline, constitutional compliance is not being addressed.

Constitutional compliance requires a long-term commitment to fill the adequacy gap for students in every community.
HB2370 proposed a seven year plan and was passed by a bipartisan majority of the House and endorsed by the governor.
