TGS, lucky in our unluckiness!! MOE rules change to deal with Leaky 'epidemic'. They no longer consider demolition, the policy is to 'patch' leaky buildings. It's money or budget based, but TGS has a good outcome, probably lucky being first up #tgsrebuild-only took 10 years.
